Wardah is a short documentary that sheds light on the harsh conditions of domestic workers in Jordan.
The whole film is told through the story of the Sri Lankan worker Asanka, who is trying to return to her homeland in various ways and Sarah, a Sri Lankan woman, fighting to stay in Jordan to help migrant workers through her work as a translator in court.

Rahmeh Alshmmas, a Jordanian documentary filmmaker, started her journey as a student in Media. She merged her love of filmmaking and journalism to develop a distinctive style. She believes that the depth of any story is in its details, so she creates close-to-heart content through her distinctive production style.
