Kamel, a twenty-five-year-old Palestinian, feeling confined in his small Palestinian close-knit community and no longer finding it bearable to live at home with his parents, decides to embark on a journey to look for his personal freedom and own space.

Luay Awwad is a Palestinian writer, director, holding a BA in filmmaking. His first short film Siri Miri (2021) was awarded Best Short at the Palestine Cinema Days Festival and Festival Ciné-Palestine in Paris. He also worked on other award-winning films, such as In Vitro (2019) by Larissa Sansour and Oscar nominated short film The Present (2020) by Farah Nabulsi.
