Atef Dhokkar is a Tunisian director whose work is part of socially engaged cinema, rooted in the contemporary realities of Tunisia. His debut film, Holly Wednesday, explores the life of activist Fathi Dridi. Dhokkar’s films have been showcased at numerous festivals and socially committed events, including CinéRif Doc Days, the FIFAK Kélibia Festival, the Beja Amateur Festival, and the Sousse Youth Festival.
