The submissions for the 21st edition of Al Ard Film Festival are now closed.

Thanks to all the filmmakers from around the world who submitted their documentaries and short films about Palestine and/or the Arab world. The call closed on October 10, 2024, and the selection board is currently reviewing dozens of entries.

Stay tuned as we will soon announce the selected films on our official website.

The chosen films will be showcased during our one-week festival in Cagliari, Sardinia. The event includes filmmaker Q&A sessions, exhibitions, book presentations, an award ceremony, and a closing live concert.

In the 21st edition, selected films include documentaries about Palestine and/or the Arab world (features and shorts) and other genres (Fiction, Animation, Experimental, etc.) specifically short films.
